Flexibility in Training Locations
You can choose where to work out with Keith. You can come to his gym, Keith can meet you at your gym, or he can bring equipment to your home gym. We'll make it work wherever you're most comfortable.

Personalized Programming

If you train with Keith 2-3 times a week, he will provide you with an additional workout, mobility routine, or cardio session to complete on your own each week. If you meet just once a week or less frequently, Keith can offer customized programming for an additional fee.

All your "homework" workouts are tracked online. You'll log your results, and we monitor your progress to adjust your program as needed based on how your body is responding.

Tailored Approach

Our programming is never one-size-fits-all. We’ll communicate regularly—daily or weekly—to adapt your plan based on your workouts and overall health.

We’ll set both short-term (4-6 months) and long-term (12-18 months) goals as the foundation of your training. However, your journey is unique, so we'll adjust your plan as necessary to ensure you're progressing at the right pace for your body.
